Delete your data
Catchyard has no accounts; your progress is backed up on our server under a player code tied to your phone. Enter the code to ask us to delete your data from the server.
Where is my player code?
In the game, open Settings; your player code is at the top (it starts with CY-).
What gets deleted
- Your cloud save (progress, money, skins)
- Your device record (hashed device id, model, country, language)
- In-game events and mail history
What is kept
Purchase records are kept for the legally required period, unlinked from you. To remove the data on your phone, uninstall the app or clear its data. For data collected by ad networks, reset your phone's advertising ID.
